This watercolour shows the bridge over the River Usk at Crickhowell. In the background and overlooking Crickhowell is Crug Hywel - Table mountain.
I spent the day following the Usk up to Brecon , taking in the bridges along the way.

Here's a letter I received from the new owner of this painting and it's good to know it has gone to a home where the owner has lasting memories of the spot - very often the case when my paintings sell.
